Mrs.Nina Bhadrashayam Kothari | Chairperson

 

She is holding directorship in H C Kothari Group of Companies. She held various positions in prestigious institutions such as Treasurer of Crafts Council of India, World Crafts Council and Chairman of National Crafts & Heritage Committee of ASSOCHAM and During 2006-07 she was the President of International Womens’ Association (IWA). She has contributed more in the areas for the upliftment of women in India.

 

Dr.R.K.Raghavan | Director

 

He is a former CBI Director and the receipt of Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service and the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service. He has travelled widely all over the world to pursue criminal investigation and also present academic papers at conference.

 

Dr.Raghavan is a former President of the Indian Society of Victimology and a member of the International Advisory Board for the Police Executive Programme at the Institute of Criminology, Cambridge University, U.K and the Board of Governors of the Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Trichy and Jindal Global School of Law, New Delhi. He is also a member of the International Group of Experts appointed by the Government of Mexico in 2008. In 2011-12 the UNODC retained him to do an evaluation of the Federal Police of Mexico.

 

Dr.Raghavan is presently Adviser to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest software company and takes care of its global security issues.

 

Mr. Pranab Kumar Rudra | Director

A Post Graduate in Engineering and MBA, Mr. Rudra has more than 40 years experience in Engineering and General Management. He was Managing Director of Bengal Chemicals, of Essar Projects and Chairman and Managing Director of Lubrizol India Ltd., and Engineers India Ltd. After retiring from full time service, he was Chairman of Consultancy Development Centre, Govt. of India and Chairman of Tribune Projects. He is currently the Resident Director - India of Wood Group Engineering of UK.

 

Mr.P.N.Devarajan | Director

Mr.P.N.Devarajan has an experience of more than 3 decades in Chemical Industry. He has held senior positions in many organizations such as M/s. Merck Sharp & Dhome, Chemplast, Shriram Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, Essar Group etc. He has also served as Chairman & Managing Director of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited and IDPL. He held position of Director Central Board, RBI, Member-Chemicals and Export Promotion Council, Bombay, Member – Indo US Trade Business Council. He is presently a Professional Consultant for many leading Public Sector Organizations.

Mr. M. Rajavel | President

Mr. M. Rajavel leads global sales, Marketing & Logistics for Kothari Petrochemicals. He has worked in sugar & chemical industries in the fields of manufacturing, materials & sales and marketing in different capacities – in the same group and at reputed organisations like Chemfab alkalies, etc. Due to his acquaintance with a variety of functions in the industry, he adds depth and expertise to the total supply chain of the company. He has been associated with the HCK group for more than a decade. A graduate in science from the University of Madras, India, Rajavel, has extensive global marketing & logistics experience. Internally, he also lends his experience by extensively involving himself in product development and global market strategy development. Starting his career as a lab chemist in sugar manufacturing in 1987, he has carried various roles, including Head of Materials in the same group.
